At Allura Marie we ship within the United States using the USPS Priority Mail service and outside the US using FedEx. If another method is preferred, please contact us and we will accommodate and adjust the shipping costs as necessary. All shipments will be shipped within 5 business days of ordering and an email confirmation with the tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied on the order. Any custom requests for jewelry designs and creations will be shipped within 2 weeks unless there is a order requirement for extra materials, in which Allura Marie would be in contact to notify you of the extended lead time necessary. If overnight shipment is needed, please contact us for international and domestic rates. What forms of payment does Allura Marie accept? TOP
Allura Marie currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal as methods of payment online. Please note that you DO NOT need a account at PayPal to be able to pay through the PayPal system. There is a section for credit card payments, this system processes your credit card safely and securely all without signing you up for a PayPal account. Most jewelry at Allura Marie can be adjusted. If you need a adjustment made to a specific piece, just simply send us an email prior to purchasing the item(s) and let us know what the new specifications are and we will let you know if it can be done and any additional costs are required.What is Allura Marie's return policy? All jewelry by Allura Marie is created with the customer in mind and it is very important that all customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you receive your purchase and feel that it is misrepresented by the photos shown on the site or your are just simply dissatisfied, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase and Allura Marie will happily exchange your piece for another or refund your money minus all shipping expenses once the item is received back.

Allura Marie jewelry is guaranteed to be handcrafted with the great attention to detail and care. However, with regular care and wear, your jewelry breaks within the first 30 days of the receipt of your purchase please contact us. We will work with you to get the items shipped back and we will repair free of charge minus the shipping expenses back to our business location. Upon completion of the repair Allura Marie will ship the piece back to you all shipping expenses paid by us.
